Thank you for taking the time to get to know me. I'm Shayna Carter, a Holistic Nutritionist and Wellness Coach born in Vancouver, British Columbia and raised in the countryside. After studying for three years at The Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Vancouver, I've continued my education through various courses, including raw food training at The Raw Foundation, as well as studies in thyroid health, women's health, plant-based diets, paleo, vegetarianism, and carnivore lifestyles.
As a naturally curious person, I'm passionate about delving into the literature on nutrition and health. For over a decade, I've had the privilege of helping people improve their wellbeing. This work has become a true labor of love, as I've grown to appreciate all facets of health and wellness.
